Ingredients
  1. 2 cups fresh basil
  2. 2 Tbls fresh oregano
  3. 1/3 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut
  4. 1 Tbls fresh lemon juice
  5. Zest of 1 medium lemon
  6. ¼ cup olive oil
  7. pinch salt
  8. 1 clove chopped garlic (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds, taking time to scrape down sides once with spatula.
  2. Store in airtight glass container in fridge for up to 4 days
